随着我国石化事业迅猛发展，为了解决工程建设中气力输送长期依靠国外
    引进的现状，于2003年11月，中石化集团公司组建了我国自己的专业粉体
    输送公司——上海金申德粉体工程有限公司（简称KSD）。公司的大股东
    是中石化科技开发公司和中石化上海工程公司。
    With the rapid development of petrochemical industry in China, and in
    order to change the current situation of bulk solids conveying techology
    which mainly relies on the import from abroad, Shanghai KSD Bulk Solids
    Engineering CO.,LTD wss established in Nov.,2003. The Main
    shareholders of KSD are Sinopec Science and Technology Development
    Company LTD and Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company LTD.
