宁波金海德旗化工有限公司是由宁波金海投资控股有限公司投资设立的一家化工企业，公司注册于浙江省宁波化学工业区，注册资本2亿元人民币。
     宁波金海德旗化工有限公司在宁波化学工业园投资建立了一套15万吨/年的乙烯裂解碳五分离装置，使用镇海炼化乙烯装置产生的全部碳五馏分作原料，为合成橡胶、合成树脂、精细化工等产业提供包括异戊二烯（聚合级及化学级）、间戊二烯、双环戊二烯等重要化工原料。

     Ningbo Jinhai Deqi Chemical & Industry Co. Ltd has a 150,000mt/year C5 separation facility, and use all the C5 produced by the ethylene centre of Zhenhai Refinery as feedstock. This facility can provide very important chemical raw-materials such as isoprene (polymer and chemical grade), meta pentadiene and dicyclopentadiene for the synthesis rubber, synthesis resin, fine chemical and other industries.
