Erndtebrücker Eisenwerk GmbH (EEW Group, as EEW hereinafter), founded in 1936, is the most renown world class conglomeration company specialized in manufacturing premium quality welded steel pipes.     EEW has multiple production lines of 13.2 m (43’), 12.2 m(40’) and 4.8 m(15’) that produce the steel pipes with length from 4 meters to 13 meters, with maximum OD up to 7100 millimeters and maximum wall thickness up to 300 millimeters. Material grades are widely ranging from API 5L, API2B, ASTM and ASME of carbon steel, low-alloy steel(including grade 91 and 92), high-alloy steel, 9-Ni steel, 13-Cr steel, duplex steel, clad steel and stainless steel. In addition, EEW has the ability to produce concentric and eccentric reducers with wall thickness up to 65 millimeters and many other odd-form fittings. EEW is the only conglomeration manufacturer in the world that producing such a complete range of size and material of DSAW steel pipes.

    The average annual production output of EEW SA longitudinally welded steel pipes is over 950 kilo-tons, sufficiently meeting the customers’ various technical requirements and demands. Using inside and outside submerged-arc longitudinally welding technology, we supply carbon steel pipes, low-alloy (Cr or Mo) steel pipes, high-alloy steel pipes, low-temperature (9% Ni) steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, clad steel pipes, duplex steel pipes, and Ni-alloy steel pipes, for applications in various critical and severe environments of ambient temperature, high and low temperature, high pressure, sour condition, nuclear class and etc.
    The production and test and inspection of EEW pipes can meet with up to X100 Class, PSL1 or PS
    EEW can deliver products in as-weld condition, stress relieved heat treated, normalized, normalized and tempered, quenched and tempered, and solution annealing.
    The base material for EEW to produce the pipes come from the renowned plate mills in Europe and world. Besides, EEW maintains certain level of inventory of plates for emergency need of the customers.
    EEW has an annual production capacity of over 950 kilo-tons.
